I discuss the multiple-nap plan at the forum linked through 'Nap' below; but first ... That word—I feel like there might be something more to that word ... something crucial that firms its foundation (which might be related to the words "Necessary, Adult, Peace & Session").
The word “Nap” carries traces of “to Doze, Slumber, Sleep Lightly” (possibly related to "be Sleepy, Inattentive, Careless") or "Tuft of Wool" (to Pluck, Pinch).
