I ought to 'feed' his video here (since he explains it much better than I remember), but I think–with the 'social network'-aspect of videos (telling you to "comment below" THERE, to use the links and buttons offered THERE)–I'd better just talk about 'the words' he mentions/refers-to and then link to his video through 'those words':
The word “Black-Nosing” is built on “|Brown-Nosing (a euphemism for 'verbal placation & flattery (you know,' the Kissing')')"---Black of-course referring to the skin-color of the Americans being kissed-up to.
