Don't "Meditate to Space-Out!" #UnlearnTheLies & #Meditate to #Concentrate! @LexBMeyer #BiblicalMeditation
Brother Lex explains:
The word “Meditate” is built on ancient words that mean “Take Appropriate Measures” (Employ the Mind in Thought, Planning or Contemplation).
The word “Concentrate” is built on ancient words that mean “With, Together + (bring the Mental Focus to) Center.”
Sure, a lot of the above video might sound a bit like 'double-talk'–"don't focus on the world's flash-bang distractions, keep focusing on- and believing in- and repeating the stories of-my ... flash-bang distractions"–but I don't blame Lex (or any of the Disciples that led him to his current positions on Biblical Philosophy) ... 'the way he believes' has worked for him so-far, so he's not really in a position to consider 'any other way' appropriate to teach.
