The word “Publication (Publish)” carries the scent of “ |Make |Open to the |General Observation of the |People.”

As I discuss at the 'Publication'-link (and mention in the title here), it's Journalists' job (especially the reporters' editors & publishers, the reporters largely delivering the "uncensored" news to their bosses) to decide 'which facts are crucial to the understanding of the people.'
