The Universe (you see in the video above) are:

• Superclusters (like our Laniakea), made up of Clusters- &/or Groups of
• Galaxies (like our Milky Way), made up of
• Stars (like our Sun) & Star-Systems (like our Solar System), each made up of at least one Sun that's surrounded by
• Planets (like our Earth, or Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and ... , with
• Moons (Natural Satellites) that orbit each of them, along with
• man-made Satellites & Rockets
• Satellite Debris (Space Junk)
• Alien Objects like Black Knight
• and Whatever Pluto Is Now - a Dwarf Planet (... sounds like a sci-fi movie (though there are actual documentaries available ... I guess none of these sellers have jumped onto the fiction-possibilities yet))
• and Asteroids, Comets, Meteoroids/Meteors/Meteorites
... and each Planet or Asteroid or Comet or Meteoroid is basically a big floating hunk of Matter:
• Solid
• Liquid
• Gas
• Plasma
  ... where I suppose this anatomy-hierarchy blends with The Body's anatomy-hierarchy
