#Jesus or #Yeshua? #UnLearnTheLies @LexBMeyer #LordJesusChrist #JesusChrist #ChristJesus #LordChristJesus #YeshuaMsheekha #Jesu #Iesu (Joshua, Jehoshua)

The name "Jesus" is built on the |Hebrew (ישוע, "Yeshua") that carries the scent of "Jehovah is Generous, God will |Help, Jehovah Saves" (The Bible says (& I remember Sunday-School Classes Teaching it as I grew up) "He Saves," clearly intending believers to infer that the pronoun refers to The Child who became the Guru who was Executed for Maintaining Agreement with the Gospel He taught).
That 'Anglicized/Americanized' version is said to be built on "|Hail Zeus."

It's often said that Christians do things (make vows, fight wars, win games, etc.) "in the Name of Jesus (or -God or -their ancestors)." While they often think that means "they do it-by command of the named authority or (at least) -with the named ones' permission," what it truly means is that 'they do it instead of the named ones—as the named ones' representative.'
