'Dimension' is kind of a funny word—it can mean 'a measurable spatial-extent of some kind' (height, width/breadth, depth, length), 'an aspect or feature of a situation, problem or thing,' and the word is also used to describe 'a different location set in the same place as- but in a "higher plane" than-another location' ... might be one of the reasons the word sounds so similar to "Dementia."
