Those words (linked to Looper's report on Mr. Snipes' reaction) seem to be part of the firm foundation on which Wesley bases his response ...


The word "Peace" is built on "to Fasten (Binding Together (by Treaty or Agreement))" (to Covenant, Pact).
The word "Understand" is built on "In the Midst of (|Under) + Stand."
