I Have Faith in @NBC, but they sell #peacock a lot like a Drug-Dealer sells 'the Substance' | @popiconLife

I discuss NBC's nefarious sales-tactic in a paying forum you can join FOR FREE through 'the emboldened link(s)' below; but first I want to teach you about those words. And I find you understand words better if you see 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum into their Foundation)

The name “peacock” based on the bird used in the streaming-service owner's logo, a bird (of the genus Pavo) whose name is built on a compound of ancient words that serve as the base of "|Cock" with a prefix that's probably imitative of the Peacock's sound (probably something like #Paupulo).
#Peacocks #Peahen #Peahens #Peafowl #PeacockInHisPride #ProudAsAPeacock

NBC originally adopted the logo (naming it "Bird") to tell the world that they were #ProudAsAPeacock at the increase in #ColorProgramming that they were able to deliver with the help of their owner RCA, manufacturer of color television-sets.

... interesting---the word "Paduan" might be rooted in a word for the dance the bird does as part of its courting-ritual, serving as a root of the word #Pavan (the Slow, Stately Dance)

I really enjoy sharing my unique perspectives on politics and entertainment (both currently and of the recent- & distant past), and I'm thankful to you for liking this enough to subscribe (FOR FREE) to get alerts when I post something new and -to comment below (to tell me how crazy or -ingenious or -foolish or -enlightening-etc. my writing is).
