I get notifications about MoveOn.org's latest concerns, and they sent me one today about 'how our leaders need to be reminded of all the good things President Joe Biden's American Rescue Plan has done for the economy'; but do they?
We'll get into that later ...
First I want to teach you about the word "Circulate" (below hyperlinked to the a page about MoveOn.org's "America For All"-campaign). And I find you understand words better if you see 'the words at their base' (then going on to look at the words at those words' bases, then the words at those words' bases, etc.-etc. ad infinitum into their Foundation)
The word “Circulate (to Cause to become Widely Known & Distributed... #Circulated #Circulating #Circulation #Circulator #Recirculate #Uncirculated)” is built on ancient words that mean Small Ring (|Circle).
The note from MoveOn.org reads:

Then they show a big banner with this text on it:
IN 2021, DEMOCRATS PASSED
THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN
- $1,400 direct payments
- Cut childhood poverty in half
- Housing assistance for 12 million
- Boosted unemployment benefits
- Safer school-reopenings
- Funding for vaccines
Sounds good, except ...
Where Did All That Money Come FROM?
Unless I hear 'what fund they took that money out-of,' I have to assume it was just "hot air they were blowing into the system" (see the root-meaning of 'inflation').
