Well, 'Microsoft shares them (especially if you're a Bing Rewards* member)' at the article linked-to through "that word" below.
What I show here is 'the group of words' that give "that word" a place to connect to your vocabulary ... deeper sources that firm the foundation upon which our lexicon stands ...
The word “Essential” is built on ancient words that mean "to Be" (I know the word |Essence is in there (and probably stems from the exact same root!) but--even though Etymonline mentions 'Essence's part in the word's meaning--they set the origin 'beyond Essence' ... I guess that's to emphasize 'Essential's "Indispensable |Element"- and Necessary-meanings).
I plant part of a forest by looking to find out which jobs are/were deemed "Non-essential."
