I hear some people suggest you should eat about 3 eggs-a-day.
Myself (with a less-active lifestyle), I try to have at-least one per day. I find that—if I go more than a few days without any eggs–I start getting sick! Why is that?

The word “Egg” is built on Foundations that might be derived from words that mean “Bird” (the verb (meaning "to Goad onward, Incite") is built on words that mean "Edge").
So Why? Because ... eggs are just awesome—probably something to do with all the ways they support the immune-system, supported by all the other amazing things about them ...
