@MelissaVComedy (Villaseñor) Has the Most #Infectious Laugh! #Infect

That's what struck me about the comedian as she guest-starred on Jerry Seinfeld's COMEDIANS IN CARS GETTING COFFEE—not the impeccable, natural way she performed flawless impressions, nor her calm demeanor as she waited patiently for Mr. Seinfeld to make a joke (and she didn't have to wait long);

I was struck by the her endless bubbling laughter ... laughter that made me feel it would be inappropriate of me not to follow suit (like spending time with a chicken-pox sufferer & not developing an itch myself)!

Maybe that's how 'infection' works: not that the virus makes you sick, but rather your subconscious immune-system doesn't want your companion to suffer alone!

That word (the 'built' one below)—there might be something more to that word ... something crucial that firms the foundation upon which the our lexicon stands ...

The word “Infect” is built on “In + to Make, Do, Perform” (Catching, having the quality of Spreading from Person-to-Person).

You know something about that word-history that
 I don't mention (and that probably isn't mentioned
 below)? 'Fill us in on it'- or just tell me what you
 think (or ask me about something in this- or another-
word that confuses you) with a comment below,
