'Fulfilling My #Duty' (for @okGazette @magzineEXTRACT @LOOKatOKC) goes against @Facebook's "Community Standards," So I do it Here Instead
'Here' is "on this blog rather than -in the word-of-Oklahoman-alt-weeklies group."
That word (below-hyperlinked to Facebook's 'Community Standards,' the reason why I post cannabis-ads here (on this blog) rather than in the above-hyperlinked group)—there might be something more to that word ... something crucial that firms the foundation upon which the our lexicon stands ...

The word “Duty” is built on words that mean “Away + to Have, Give or Receive (something Kept away from others since you Owe it to someone else)” (Requisite Service-time you owe to the Military, Tax- or Fee on Imports (popularizing 'Duty-Free' shops in airports & -on the Internet)).
I know this video might not seem connected with "Duty," but its explanation also tells 'why I feel it's my duty (and that of anyone else with 'sufficient `net-connections' and enough spare time) to make alt-newspapers' advertising worth a lot more money (through the word-of-mouth they make possible)' ...
I feel I 'owe' something to alt-weeklies (particularly Oklahoma's 'little treasure' 🥰, along with THE ULTIMATE MEDICINAL CANNABIS RESOURCE & a bi-weekly newsletter for events (mostly concerts) in Oklahoma City), so–unable to actively provide any interaction–I try to 'spread the word' on all the events mentioned by paid-for announcements in the alt-weeklies (alt-weeklies also announce events FOR FREE—usually in the form of 'entries on a list,' sometimes in a 'feature article').
But a HUGE industry in Oklahoma is highly regulated ... so-highly that Facebook's regulations won't let me mention most of the activities those businesses supply, but the industry is so HUGE that the main alt-weekly features many-many ads that I can't 'freely' mention in the group (oh, I can "refer to them," etc.; I just can't say 'what they sell!') and publishes A WHOLE `NOTHER `ZINE ABOUT IT!
... I'll list 'the regulated businesses' below:
You know something about that word-history that
I don't mention (and that probably isn't mentioned
below)? 'Fill us in on it'- or just tell me what you
think (or ask me about something in this- or another-
word that confuses you) with a comment below,
