The adjective (and the adverb) “Well” is built on “Satisfactory” (to Wish, Will, Better).
The noun (originally for a Spring- or Fountain of Water, then as a Source from which anything is Drawn) is built on the verb, built on "to Turn, Revolve" (like Roiling, Bubbling water).
Urban Wellness Dispensary's ad this week tellus about "CANNABIOCHROMENE (CBC)" (I wonder if they mean "Cannabichromene" (no '-o-' after '-bi-)?)—mostly just to list some of its "effective benefits:

- Anti-viral
- Anaglesic (or maybe 'Analgesic')
- Anti-depressant
- Anti-inflammatory properties
- Stimulates brain growth
- Inhibits the growth of cancer-cells ('like antiangiogenesis?')
- Successful migraine remedy
