That word (the first one linked below)—I felt like there might be something more to that word ... something crucial that firms the foundation upon which the linked job-offer builds ... (well, I don't think the job-offer says anything about "phlebotomy" specifically, but the worker pictured (in the ad that directed me to the offer) was a "phlebotomist").
