No, no it isn't; but 'muck-rakers' in the Legislature want you to think that's what Senator Alexandria Occasio-Cortez wants ... based on some references in her Green New Deal to the fact that farm-bovines produce a good percentage of ozone-depleting methane (if not CO2) ... well, it doesn't exactly 'deplete the ozone'; but it adds to the greenhouse-effect.

But no, the only actions The Green New Deal would take are probably 'suggestions to farmers about "what to do to manage bovine emissions before they extend too far beyond the pasture."' 

The word “Hamburger” (shortened to #Burger) carries the scent of “|Native of Hamburg (|Germany ... much the same way JFK infamously told people in Berlin, Germany, "I am a Jelly-Doughnut" when he wanted to say "I am a native of Berlin"), Steak-|Meat (like that one might get from the |Port-City of Hamburg), a |Sandwich made with Hamburger-Steak.”
