The true sense of the word "Jesuit" is ... "Society of Jesus" (founded by Ignatius Loyola to combat Protestantism & -its influence on Catholic Ministries; that Antagonistic position (frequent Ends-Justifying-Means behavior, allegedly) led to the word gaining sense of "Crafty or Dissembling Person; Deceitful, Designing, Insinuating").
