The word “Element” is built on Foundations beneath words that mean “Rudiment, First Principle, Matter in its Most-Basic Form” (Simple Component of a complex substance, something's Proper- or Natural Environment—from the old notion that each class of living beings had its natural abode in one of The Four Elements (Earth, Air, Fire, Water), Atmospheric Force).
